Mum’s funeral went off without a hitch all down to your care. She would have been very happy on how the day went, even sending the rainbows to us.

I honestly don’t know what we would have done without you last year, we are so lucky to have your fantastic service, you should have an award for being so kind and caring and going above and beyond the normal. We can’t thank you enough for your care, kindness and understanding. What a difficult job it is you do. You certainly made the whole process so much easier for us – especially as we wanted to take mum-in-law back to Worcester, so it wasn’t that straightforward. You would have got along a treat with her, and it was a great comfort for us to know that she was in such good hands.

Dear Denise, in appreciation of your kindness and professionalism, you have been so considerate and helpful. Right from when I first rang you, I knew we were in good hands, you gave us so much great advice too. Several people have told us that the funeral was the nicest they had ever attended. It all went so smoothly thanks to your organising. May we also thank your staff, they have all been amazing. Our Dad would have loved you I’m sure, we think you are awesome.
